Eating Contests Archive

All of the original WASAW members used to work at the same company. (Now, none of us live within 2 hours of each other.) Sad, yes. Especially considering how much fun we had during our eating contests...

• Ah, summer memories... WASAW engaged in its second annual eating contest, Friday, July 2, 1999. It was a battle between Kid Nougat, Sir Snackalot and Paddy O' over who could eat the most slices of pizza during a lunch hour. (Final tally: Snackalot - 9 slices; Kid Nougat - 8 slices, one bite; Paddy O' - 6-3/4 slices. 8 slices=1 large pie.) Read more here
   
• In 1998's contest, Snackalot and Paddy O' joined Candyman in a good ol' fashioned lunch hour hot dog eating contest. (Candyman won by polishing off 11, Paddy O' downed 10 and Snackalot stomached 9.)
