UPSIDE:
Who doesn't like a tootsie roll every now and then? They are sweet, low in fat, yet the perfect way to put an end to a chocolate craving. Best of all, they are the only soft candy I know that you can leave in your jeans' pocket for a month and they'll taste just as good. Even after going through the wash. And I know.
DOWNSIDE:
I'm never in the mood for a Tootsie Roll. It's the sort of snack, much like hard candy, that you'll eat if it's put in front of you but never go out of your way to find it.

PACKAGING:
I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's one of the top three most-recognized wrappers in the candy industry. Take that sorta' red, sorta' orange stripe on the top and bottom of the packaging and combine it with the dark, dark brown color that covers just about all of the rest, and you don't even need the product name on this candy.

HOW CAN THE PRODUCT BE IMPROVED:
Ya' don't mess with a classic. But put bans on how many Tootsie Rolls a grandparent can offer a young child.
