UPSIDE: Perhaps the perfect mid-morning snack that won't ruin your lunchtime appetite or make you feel guilty for snacking before noon. And the honey nut flavor is real nice. DOWNSIDE: They're Rice Cakes, for gosh sakes. Get caught even tasting one and everyone thinks you're on a diet.
