UPSIDE:

No one ever turns down a KitKat. Ever noticed that? Whether you're at a college party or there's a bingo game for the local senior citizen organization, when KitKats are offered, KitKats are eaten. They're easy to share, and they're easy to eat (crisp wafers can be chewed by even the most sensitive dentures... and if all else fails, wafers will eventually disolve in the mouth). The chocolate is top notch, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise: the chocolate is what differentiates this candy from the dozens of wafer snacks on the market.

DOWNSIDE:

Anyone over the age of 12 can eat more than 4 crispy wafers in a sitting. 6 wafers would be perfect -- 8, heavenly. In fact, because of the vending maching 4-wafer version, I've noticed more and more people opting to visit their local supermarket instead, in order to grab the big bag of KitKats. You know what I'm talking about -- KitKats are packaged 2-wafers wide, but you get about 20 mini-packages of them for the price of one King Size KitKat in movie theaters.

1ST 4 INGREDIENTS:

Sugar
Flour
Cocoa Butter
Nonfat Milk

LAST 4 INGREDIENTS:

Soya Lecithin
Yeast
Sodium Bicarbonate
Vanillin

PACKAGING:

The KitKat font is one of the most recognized in the world... and let's give some credit to the fact we can actually see and anticipate the greatness of the individual wafers, themselves, on the packaging. The red background with white lettering and the tempting graphic of the chocolate-dipped wafers should never, ever change.

DO I RECOMMEND YOU TRY THIS YOURSELF? (YES/NO - EXPLAIN):

Yes. But then, you've tried a KitKat a million times already. You're only reading this review to either a) see if any living human would dislike this snack, or b) see if I noticed that "KitKat", if reversed (KatKit) and then spelled backwards, reads, "TikTak."

GIVEN THE OPTION OF NEVER HAVING TO HEAR THE "GIMME A BREAK" KITKAT THEME AGAIN IF IT MEANT NEVER BEING ABLE TO EAT A KITKAT AGAIN, WOULD YOU DO IT?:

Yes, without hesitation.
