UPSIDE:

It's filling, it's sweet, it's the perfect mid-morning snack.

DOWNSIDE:

I don't like nuts, especially walnuts and pecans -- it has one or the other, the ingredient listing doesn't say definitely.

Yes. It is delicious, it is cheap and I got a great sugar buzz immediately.

WHICH SOUTH PARK CHARACTER WOULD LIKE IT BEST?:

The school bus driver and her little bird. It would make them much happier!
