It's dark chocolate, the mature chocolate. DC's got that sophistication thing happening. And recent medical studies have really been singing dark chocolate's praises. Seems a bar a day is actually GOOD for you. Don't believe me? Check THIS out!
It's got that truffle-like dusting of copper-colored powder that tends to irritate your throat and results in spasmodic coughing fits. Too chalky, too gawky.
