DESCRIPTION OF SNACK: Small cracker that can only be described as "saucer shaped", encased in a layer of chocolate, which is encased in a layer of hard sugar and one of five different colors. Candy is emblazoned with the classic "m" logo, ensuring that consumers are aware of what they're eating. SSI RATING (SNACK SATISFACTION INDEX - 1-10): 7.9

UPSIDE:

Crackers, chocolate, sugar, yum.

DOWNSIDE:

The rather large ration of cracker to chocolate gives the snacker a sense of "lightness" while they're eating. I had the sense that this was really a 50 cent snack instead of a 60 cent snack.

HOW THE PRODUCT CAN BE IMPROVED:

Develop a system where the chocolate permeates the cracker more, giving the snack the "solididy" of a Kit-Kat. Explanation of who "M" and "M" are.
